Donald J. Reed, 60, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday. He was born in Canastota and lived most of his life in Fulton. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. Don was a farmer for Patane Farms and was previously employed as a cook at the Baldwinsville Diner. Don was a member of I.O.O.B., Hannibal and the V.F.W. Post #569, Fulton. He is survived by his companion, Diane Wheeler; four children, Jasson Reed, Patricia (Scott) Loetterle, Timothy (Stephanie) Reed and Joseph Reed; seven siblings, Sandy (Darrel) Sands, Harold “Butch” (Mary) Reed, Sara (Chris) Young, James (Mildred) Reed, Charlotte “Robin” (Robert) Perkins and Charles “Hillbilly” Reed; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday with services to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Burial will be in Cato Union Hill Cemetery
